Living with Dementia CNY’s Caregiver Summits are designed to bring together family caregivers, professionals, and community organizations for a day of education, connection, and support. The summits provided practical information and resources on dementia care, caregiver well-being, navigating services, and supporting individuals living with cognitive changes. Attendees also had opportunities to connect with local providers, learn from experienced speakers, and build a stronger network of support within the Central New York community.
