Grant Announcement & Community Recognition
$9,000 Grant Awarded for Herkimer County 💜
We are honored to announce that Living With Dementia CNY has been awarded a $9,000 grant from the Herkimer County Community Foundation.
This funding was made possible through the Wesley and Marion Small Fund, and we are deeply grateful for their support of caregivers and families in Herkimer County.
This grant will directly support our caregiver programming and services throughout Herkimer County through December 2026, allowing us to expand educational events, provide respite opportunities, and strengthen community-based dementia resources.
We would also like to recognize and thank the Pomeroy Foundation for their generous support of our mission.
